    to a certain Richard Sweatnam decd to make over fifty Acres of Land part of
    the Said Lands and at the same time Entred into an obligation of the penalty of
    Twenty thousand pounds of Tobacco Conditioned that he the said Edmond & Katherine
    his should at the then next County Court held at Talbott County on request of
