       his will and desire to be that his said Children should Enjoy his said
       Personall Estate and tha this principall motive to make the said
       Will was to Empower some Pson to sell part of his Reall Este to pay
       his Debts to the End that his then Psonall Estate might remain Clear
       to the Use of the said Minor and his sisters afd  That the said Testator afterwards
       Viz.t on or about the first day of March 1701/2 dyed and the said Eliz.a
       tooke upon her the Burthen of the Execution of the said Will and the ad.rcon
       of the Testators goods and Chattells and returned an Inventory and made up
       an account thereof upon which account there appears due to the said
       Testators Estate after the deduction of the said Elizabeths thirds thereof 217. 2.s 11.d
       of which the said Minors portion is 43  8  7  That the said Eliz.a well knowing
       the Intention of the said Testator In complyance pursuance Thereof and
       an in complyance with what she knew to be his true Intent & meaning before
       her Intermarriage with the said Charles Kilburne did pay and satisfye unto
       Eliz.a the said Minors sister the Eldest of the said five Children in part of
       her portion of said Psonall Estate to the Value of about seven pound sterl
       That Eliz.a the Ex.rx after the said Testa.r decease Marryed one Andrew Welply
       who also in pursuance of the Testators said Intentions allways declared
       himself willing to pay to your orat.r and the said Children the full Residue
       as afd of said Estate who being dead she afterwards Intermarried with y.e
       aforementioned Charles Kilburne  That the said Charles being also well
       satisfyed of the said Testators true Intent & meaning by the will afd did pay
       or secure to be paid unto your orat.r and the said Eliz.a (y.e daughter) his wife
       the full residue of her portion afd that the said Kilburne did allways declare
       himself willing and ready to give security to the said Minor & his other
       sisters for their portions as usuall in such cases till he was by some ill minded
       people possest with a beleif that his wife the said Eliz.a being left Ex.rx
       he might by Colour thereof defraud the said Minor and his sisters and keep
       the whole Estate to himself Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the
       said Testator   Now so it is may it please your hon.r that the said Charles
       Kilburne having the whole Residue of the said Estate in his hands and being
       Induced by the Pswasions of Evill men to defraud the said Minor & his sisters
