       John Dorsey of Baltemore County Brother to the said Edward
       and to his assignees all the severall Lotts of Land lying in the
       Towne and Port afores.d and then Numbred Sixty Nine Sixty Six
       Sixty five Seaventy Six Seven Sixty Eight Seventy one Seventy
       two Seventy three and Seventy four and part of a Lot joyning to M.r
       Proctors Remainder of that Lott whereon the honble the then Govern.r
       lived together with all and singular the Messuages & Buildings on them
       or any of them Erected and that the said John Dorsey his heires and
       assignes should stand and be thereof seized to the Uses in the said
       Indenture Expressed that is to say of the two Lotts Number Sixty Six
       and Sixty Nine and the houses thereon to the Use of Edward Dorsey
       Eldest son to the said Edward Dorsey his heires and assignes for ever
       of that part of the Lott adjoying to Procters and the house thereon
       Erected where the then Govern.r dwelt to the use of Samuel Dorsey
       Second Son of the said Edward the father his heires & assignes for
       ever and of the other before mentioned Lotts and houses to the use
       of his other Children as by the said Indenture may more fully & at Lage
       appear that soon after Edward Dorsey the son Died without Issue
       whereby your orat.r his next Brother and heir became Lawfully
       Intituled to the same Lotts Numbred Sixty Six & Sixty Nine with the
       Edifices thereon and your orat.r further setts forth that in the year 1704
       his said father Edward having a great Necessity for money petitioned
       the Then assembly that a Bill might be past to Enable him to sell all
       the said Lotts and houses for the Use and Benefitt of his Children without
       the Consent of y.e Compl.t then of full age refused so to do that The
       said Compl.t thô at first very unwilling at length on no other
       Consideration than that he might have the purchase money for his
       owne Lotts and houses Consented to the makeing an Act which accordingly
       was made as by the same of Record may appear and Your orat.r ^the said Sam.l^ further
       sett forth that son after the passing said Act the said Compl.t Samuells father
       further Granted and Conveyed his the said Compl.ts house & Lotts to
