                   Ann Arundell County fs   May 22.d 1711

              Job Evans Aged about fifty five Years being a Quaker taketh
       his Test and Declared Viz.t

                    That about Twenty Eight Years agoe he and his wife being
       severall times in Company Oystering and Fishing with W.m Sivick in
       Herring Creek and one time Wee putt on shore for shelter between two
       points where stood two white oakes which the afd Sivick did say
       that there was the Extent of his Land and the Dividing Line Between
       Paggetts Land and the said Sivick and that his Land Rann no farther
       but Up the Creek afd which is the spott of Land ^that^ D.r Lock & M.r
       Anthony Smith Lays their pretentions unto

          Robert Orm Aged about sixty years being sworne Deposeth Viz.t

       That about Twenty Nine or thirty years agoe he being at Herring Creek
       in Company with William Sivick Sen.r on the Land Called Pascalls Purchase
       then in the Tenure of the Said Sivick and being by the Water Side the Said
       Sivick Said Robert Orm You are a Young man and I an old man there may
       hereafter be a Difference Between us or our Children I desire you to take Notice
       and said this is the [illegible] Tree Divideing Line Between Trundle & me
       and took a hatchett which he had in his Leather Apron & Choped some
       Chops on a Saplin for that the originall bounds were gone (it being
       the spott where D.r Lock and M.r Smith now lays their pretentions)  And
       further the said Sivick told this Dep.o that Trundle and I had Agreed to putt
       up a post at the said place and afterward the Said Depon.t heard Trundle often
       times a form the same   Sworne before us   Rich.d Jones Jun.r  (S)
