                          By Virtue of a Comission her Majestys Comission
       out of the high Court of Chancery bearing Date at Annapolis the Ninth
       day of October in the Ninth Year of her Majestys Reigne &c.a
       Annoq Dm 1710 Directed to us John Danzey & Henry Perigrine
       Commanding us to Examin Evidences between Edward Botelor Lesee of
       Margarett and Priscilla Feilds Plentt and Gilbert Deavour Defend.t

                      These are therefore in humble manner to Certify that
       Wee the Comissioners above Nominated have called before us open
       the Land in Dispute John Dorsell Sen.r of Prince Georges County
       M.r Raphaell Haywood of S.t Marys County and Thomas Arnold
       and Peter Sewell of Calvert County and taken their Depsitions
       and Attestations and the same Reduced into writing under their
       hands ^& seales^ which are hereunto annext this Eighth day of Jan.ry
       one thousand seven hundred and Tenn als Eleaven
