                   By Virtue of a Writt out of Chancery bearing date the 2.d
                   day of Decemb.r in the Yeare of our Lord Christ 1708 in the
                   seaventh Yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne &c.a
                   To Impannel a Jury to Enquire into the damage of Twenty
                   Acres of Land lyeing at a certaine run of water at the head
                   of a Creek called Churn in said County the s.d Twenty Acres
                   being on each side said Branch as the Writt afores.d directed
                   &c.a

       These are therefore Humbly to certifye y.t Nathaniel Hynson
       Sher of Kent County afs.d have Impanneld and Sworn a Jury on
       the Land afors.d and y.t the Jury delivers in upon their Oath that
       they have laid out Tenn Acres of Land on the North side of the
       branch begining at a bounded White Oake standing by the
       branch side runing thence North and by East forty perches
       and East and by South forty perches to the said branch then
       South & by West forty perches to the said Branch thence w.th
       the said Branch to the said Tree Containing Containing tenn
       Acres w.ch is in the possession of Henry Hosier Gardian to the
       Orpants of Georg Warner  And ^is^ noe damage to any person
       but to the said Orphants w.ch is vallued by the s.d Jury att
       five hundred pounds of Tobacco And allso Tenn Acres on
       the South side s.d Branch begining at a Bounded Chestnut
       standing on the South ^side^ said Branch runing Runing thence
       South and by West forty perches then East and by South forty
       perches Then North and by East forty perches to the s.d branch
       thence w.th the s.d Branch to the s.d Chestnut w.ch is in the
       posson of Walter Meek and is noe Damage to any but the
       s.d Meek & is vallued at three hundred pounds of Toba.o all
       w.ch is Certified under our hands & seals this seaventh day
       of Octob.r in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thous.d seaven
       hundred and Nine
