             Depositions for y.e bounds of Wades Point for Jn.o & Ed Leeds

       Talbott fs   The Deposition of W.m Hambleton of Tallbott County
                         planter Aged about fourty and four Years Saith
                That he this Dep.t being present when Jn.o Hollinsworth and Tho.s
       Mason were Examined (by Cap.t James Murphey and for Hugh Sherwood)
       as Evidences to prove the bounded trees of a Tract of Land Called
       Wades point the s.d Evidences being Sworn by y.e s.d James Murphey
       upon their Oaths did Say y.t they had formerly Seen a bounded
       Oak tree Standing upon a point at y.e Mouth of a Cove which Tree
       was Reported and Deemed to be y.e first bounded Tree of y.e s.d Land
       Called Wades point Which Cove this Dep.t Saith is y.e Cove att y.e head
       of which Emmon Williams's planta.on is now Situated and further
       Saith that y.e s.d Jn.o Hollinsworth did Say he lived Some time
       on y.e other Side of y.e s.d Cove directly Opposite to y.e s.d bounded
       Tree and that he thought he could have Shott a bullett from
       his Dwelling house unto y.e s.d Tree and further this Depot Saith
       that y.e s.d Tho.s Mason Said that at Severall times whilest he
       was a Serv.t to Cap.t William Leeds (Who owned y.e s.d Land) he had
       piped and Worked under  or About y.e s.d Tree  And as to y.e Second bounded
       tree of y.e s.d Land this Depot Saith y.t att Severall times he hath
       Seen a bounded pine tree Standing at y.e Moûth of a Swampy Gully
       on y.e Bay side and that he did hear Tho.s Mason and Jn.o Hollinsworth
       Say y.t y.e s.d pine Tree was y.e Second bounded tree of y.e s.d land
       Called Wades point & further Saith not

       Life time Say y.e the beginning bounded tree of a Tract of Land
       Called Wades Point did Stand upon a point att y.e Moûth of that
       Cove (pointing towards y.e Cove att y.e head of which Ennion Williams
       his plantation is not Situated)  And further Saith y.e he this Deponent
       haveing a Right to a Tract of Land Called Haddon did
       Sell to Ennion Williams that part of y.e s.d Land which lyes
       on the East Side of y.e Afd Tract of Land Called Wades point
       Which Dividend of Land (by y.e Agreem.t between this Dep.t and
       the Affd Ennion Williams) was to begin att y.e Affd bounded Tree
