                 Hannah Harris Exec.r   That y.e Compl.t be relieved according to
                 of W.m Harris               his prayer in y.e bill


The Decree
                   Whereas heretofore y.t is to say upon y.e 8.th day of May Anno
             Dom.i 1702 David Mackall of Dorchester County planter exhibited his
             bill of Complaint in y.e high Court of Chancery setting forth therein
       That whereas William Harris of y.e s.d County decd did in his y.e s.d Williams
       Lifetime agree to sell to y.e s.d David Mackall one Moiety or half of a tract
       of Land in y.e s.d County called Long Point cont.g in y.e whole one hundred &
       fifty acres for & in consideration of six thousand pds of tob  And y.t y.e said
       Will.m put y.e s.d David into possession of y.e s.d part of y.e s.d Land & gave bond
       with 12000. tob penalty to make over in open Court y.e s.d part of Land to s.d
       David when required  Whereupon y.e s.d David became bound to y.e said
       Will.m for paym.t of six thousand pounds of tobacco  And y.t y.e s.d David ^William^ died
       before he had so as afores.d made over y.e s.d Moiety of ^s.d^ Land to s.d David (as
       by s.d bill of Complaint doth at large appear)  And whereas y.e s.d David
       hath actually paid part of y.e s.d 6000. tob to y.e s.d Harris & is ready to pay
       y.e rest when due & required  Therefore y.e s.d Court if Chancery upon hearing
       y.e s.d bill of Compl.t (& y.e Answer of y.e s.d Harris's Exec.r to y.e same) read in open
       Court doth ord.r & Decree this 8.th day of May afores.d


       That y.e s.d Exec.rx (Hannah Harris) shall confirm make over & acknowledge
       to y.e s.d David y.e s.d part of Land being seventy five Acres to him & his
       heirs forever  And y.e s.d David is hereby relieved pursuant to his prayer in
       y.e bill aforesaid
