       It is by y.e Court Decreed   That y.e Complain.t be relieved according to
       his prayer in y.e bill  And y.t y.e Judgm.t of y.e Pvinciall Court be held
       void & Null so y.t neither Wathen nor Slye y.e defts nor any
       person else or any assignes by from or und.r them or either of them
       shall have any Execution or other process upon y.e Same  And y.t y.e
       Deft Sly pay y.e Compl.t his reasonable Cost  But y.t y.e other
       Deft Wathen be released his Cost


The
Decree
       Whereas heretofore y.t is to say upon y.e      day of      Anno
       Dom      Hen.ry Low of S.t Maries County Gent filed his bill
       of Complain in y.e high Court of Chancery praying to be relieved
       ag.t a Judgm.t in y.e Pvinciall Court obtained by Gerard
       Slye of y.e s.d County Merc.t upon a bill of Exchange passt by y.e s.d
       Hen.ry Low to one John Wathen who made over y.e s.d bill of Evi
       to Gerard Slye abovesaid & to stay Execution on y.e s.d Judgm.t by a
       Writt of Injunction then granted to y.e s.d Low as by y.e s.d bill ^of Compl.t^ doth at
       large appear  And whereas y.e s.d Cause this 8.th day of May An.o Dom
       1702 came to an hearing in y.e s.d Court ^of Chanc.ry^  Therefore y.e s.d Court of
       Chancery doth Decre  That y.e Complainant be relieved &c [as above]
