                        Whereas heretofore (y.t is to say upon y.e 27.th day of
       June An 1700 Will.m Guyther of St Maries County gent exhibited
       his bill of Complaint to y.e high Court of Chancery against
       Gerard Slye of y.e s.d County Gent to be relieved against a scire
       facias issued at y.e suit of y.e s.d Slye ag.t s.d Guyther upon a Judgm.t
       obtained ag.t s.d Guyther for two thous.d five hund.d twenty four
       pds of tob debt & five hundred sixty seven pounds of tob Costs of
       suit  Whereas indeed all y.e foresaid tobacco was paid to y.e s.d Slye
       (before y.e s.d scire facias issued) by one Joshua Doyne of y.e s.d
       County Gent by order of y.e s.d Guyther as by y.e s.d bill of Compl.t
       doth appear  And Whereas y.e s.d Guyther did thereby obtain his Maj.ties
       Writt of Injunct.n to stay all proceedings on y.e s.d scire facias till y.e
       Matter should be heard in Equity; Therefore y.e s.d Cause coming
       to hearing in this his Maj.ties Court of Chancery upon y.e eleventh
       day of July An Dm 1701 y.e s.d Court did & doth thereupon
       Decree         That y.e Complain.t Guyther shall be relieved and
       remaining pursuant to his prayer in his s.d bill  And y.t he shall
       have from y.e Defts Slye all his Costs in y.e s.d Court of Chanc.ry
       allowing to y.e s.d Slye all his Costs in y.e Pvinciall Court & Costs
       of y.e scire facias
