       appraise & put into y.e hand of y.e Compl.t so much of y.e Defts Estate as
       Adm.rs &c as shall secure y.e s.d Compl.t from y.e damage of y.e bond in
       y.e Decree mentioned & y.t y.e sheriff of y.e s.d County shall seize &
       take into his Custody so much of y.e Goods & Chattells as were of y.e
       Estate of Joakim Kierstead, as well his own proper Right as by Mariage
       to y.e Relict of Michael Taney & now in possession of y.e s.d
       Deft George & Margaret as Adm.r of y.e s.d Kierstead as by y.e oaths
