       & Costs Hee findes the said Balley by falce Suggestions to the Court & yo.r Excellency
       hath Taken out a writt of No Exeat Provinciam against your Pet.r & as appeares
       (by the costs that he putts in for writts then not sued out) to take out writt of Execucon
       of the decree onely to vex and your Pet.r with needlesse Charges he being now
       and over Ready to pay him the said Balley his part of the Decree & Costs without
       Further needlesse Trouble  Your pet.r most humbly prayes that he the said Balley
       may be ordered to Come and receive his part of the said sume and Costs Decreed
       without further Trouble and your pet.r ordered to deteyne Nethwayes part in his
       hands as Attorney to sd Nethway
                                                                   And as in Duety Bound he shall ev.r pray

                         Uppon yuseing the above written Pettition of Cap.t James Neale
                         I doe finde nothing Conteyned therein but w.t is very Reasonable & iust
                         and therefore doe thinke it most Fit that John Balley accept of y.e
                         said Neales Proposition therein menconed without Further Trouble
                         to either party in this businesse
