       of Rebellion proclamation of Rebellion issued forth
       ag.t y.e s.d Francis Bradley in order to bring him to Answer
       y.e s.d bill he y.e s.d Bradley still stands in Contempt
       & absconds himself  Wherefore this our Court the
       ninth day of Octob.r Anno Dom 1699 doth sentence
       order & decree y.t y.e s.d Bradley perform of his part all
       Matters & things y.t by y.e s.d Contract he was to have performed
       & particularly y.t he & his wife make over to y.e
       s.d Blake & his heirs y.e lands in y.e s.d Contract mentioned
       viz.t y.e Land called Hoggs Hole y.e Fork & Cold
       Harbour he y.e s.d Complaint complying in all respects or
       all & every Matter & thing which by y.e s.d Contract y.e
       s.d Sayer was to have performed  And We do farther
       order & decree y.t in case y.e s.d Bradley cannot be found
       to make answer over y.e s.d Lands as aforesaid y.t then y.e
       sheriff of y.e s.d County of Talbot put y.e said
       Charles Blake in possession of y.e said Land
       be y.e same now come into what hands or possession
       whatsoever

       You are hereby to make dilligent Enquiry
       for Francis Bradley mentioned in this decree in
       all part of yo.r County  And if he Can not be
       found you are to put y.e Complainant in possession
       of y.e Lands above mentioned & to make return to
       our s.d Court to be held at Annapolis in Ann
       Arundell County y.e         day of            next
       what you shall do herein
