418 And it haveing been supposed that a Red Oak standing on the Right half of the afd Rowleing road that goeth from M.r W.m Huchisons to Piscattaway Creek aforesaid about fifty pches Near the said Huchissons house at y.e of a small Valley close by the said Road the said Tree being burne to a Stump The said Stump being supposed to have been a bound Tree of Thomas Chance which the said George Athea comeing to and haveing Taken his Oath did declare the same to be the first bound Tree of Cap.t Zachariah Land And none of the tree of the said Thomas chance all which y.e said George Athea did declare before me in p.rsence of M.rs Eliz.a Hawkins Owner of the Land called Locust Thickett And of W.m Huchison haveing Lands adjoined Thereunto And Others of Neighbourhood As Wittness my hand and seale this 25.th day of August 1699 Rob.t Wade (sealed) filed Octob.r 9 1699 Recorded by me John Freeman Regist.r in Chanc.ry |
