       That y.e Order of y.e 16.th Instant touching y.e said
       Oath be quashed & stayed
       All other Motions made on behalf of y.e s.d Lynes were rejected
       by y.e Court & y.e s.d Lynes is left to take his Course
       And upon y.e reading of y.e Return of y.e attachm.t y.t was
       served upon s.d Lynes y.e Court orders y.t y.e sheirff of
       Charles County who brought & hath herein Court y.e body
       of s.d Lynes shall secure & keep safe y.e body of s.d Lynes
