       Whereas James Keech of S.t Maries County Gentl
       did in y.e year 1695 exhibit his bill of Complaint in y.e high Court
       of Chancery thereby praying to be relieved ag.st a certain Judgment at
       Law obtained in y.e provinciall Court ag.st him y.e s.d James by Samuell
       Houldsworth & Hellen his Wife Exec.rx of y.e last will & testament of
       Thomas Parslow deceased Forasmuchas there was about four thousand
       pounds of tobacco attached in y.e hands of y.e s.d James by y.e sherriff
       of y.e aforesaid County & y.t y.e same was condemned in y.e provinciall
