       of y.e said Thomas Parslow & a Decree past for y.e s.d Land according to y.e
       Agreement between y.e s.d Sam.ll Ashcomb & Thomas Parslow  And therefore it
       was prayed by y.e Complts Councill y.t y.e decree of this Court might pass for y.e
       Complts Relief in y.e premisses pro confesso  And this Cause so standing this
       present ninth day of Octob.r 1695 upon reading of y.e s.d Complts bill & the
       defts answer & hearing of what could be alledged on either side & it being alledged
       by y.e s.d Complts Councill y.t y.e s.d Complts had tendered to y.e s.d Charles
       Ashcomb y.e heir of y.e s.d Sam.ll a Conveyance of y.e s.d dividend by him
       to be sealed & executed according to Law w.ch he had refused to seal & execute
       & y.t by his s.d Answer he had saved y.e Right of him & his heirs to y.e
       same doth order & decree y.t y.e s.d suit should not only stand revived in
       such form & plight as y.e same stood at y.e time of y.e decease of y.e said
       Thomas Parslow & y.t y.e s.d bill be by this present decree taken pro confesso
       And doth also farther order & decree y.t y.e s.d partition or division made
       between y.e s.d Benjamin Lawrence Nathaniel Ashcomb & Samuell
       Ashcomb do stand ratified & confirmed to all Intents & purposes according
       to y.e true intent & meaning thereof  And y.t y.e s.d Sam.ll Houldsworth
       & Helena his wife & y.e heirs of y.e s.d Helena do & shall for ever henceforth
       hold & enjoy y.e s.d tract & dividend of Land by y.e s.d Thomas Parslow
       purchased of y.e s.d Sam.ll Ashcomb & Charles their heirs & assignes
       or any claiming by from or under them or any of them & y.t y.e said
       Charles Ashcomb Mary Ashcomb & Richard Gallaway & his Wife pay
       unto y.e Complts their proportionable share of y.e Costs of this suit
       which this court has taxed at two thousand six hundred & four pds
       of tobacco being Eight hundred sixty & eight pds a piece
