                   John Rawlins of y.e s.d County plant.r decd thereby setting forth
                   y.t whereas y.e s.d John Rawlins y.e Father was in his life time
                   seized & possessed of a pcell of land called The Inheritance lying
                   on y.e east side of Chesepeak bay & on y.e eastern side of Black Water
