                   Upon full hearing the bill and Answer in this Cause and opening
                   the proofes and matters of Controversy by the Complts and
                   Defts Councell on both sides  It is ordered and Decreed by
                   the Court  That the said Complainant and Deft come to
                   a General Accompt before Auditors of all and all manner
                   of Accounts and matters of Accompts and things whatsoever
                   conteyned Aswell in the bill and answer as in the whole
                   Concernes that ever was betweene the said Complt & Deft
                   wherein one Edmond Dwyer was Concerned from the
                   beginning of their transaccons together till the last  And that
                   John Llewellin Gent & James Cullen Gent be hereby
                   appoynted Auditors hereby sufficiently authorized to peruse
                   Examine heare and state the Accounts betweene the parties
                   and Report the same to this Court That a finall order &
                   Decree thereof may be had and made


                               All other causes Continued till the next Chancery
