       Ralph Elston by his Attorney aforesaid and the Verdict of the Juro.rs
       aforesaid being againe Read and heard It is the oppinion and Judgment of
       the same Justices that the said Verdict is altogether uncertaine and that the
       scire facias aforesaid for them certainely of the verdict aforesaid Ought
       to be quashed Itt is therefore by the Court here Adjudged ordered & Decreed
       That the scire facias aforesaid for the uncertainety of the verdict aforesaid
       be and is hereby Quashed and sett a side


                   Collon.ll Henry Darnall and Major Nicholas Sewall Doured that
       their disassent to the quashing the scire facias aforesaid might
       be entered upon Record
