       Itt was therefore Comanded the said Sheriffe that by honest and Lawfull men
       of the Balliwick hee make Knowne unto the said Richard Pullen that hee
       should bee and appeare before the Chancello.r and the Justices of the high Court
       of Chancery att the Citty of S.t Maryes the six and Twentyeth day
       of Aprill in the sixth yeare of his said Lopp.s Dominion &c Annoq
       Domini 1681 To shew Cause (If any hee have) why the Pattent by him
       soe surreptitiously obtained as aforesaid should not be Vacated Upon Record
       and how hee should Execute that writt that hee should make it Knowne unto
       the said Justices

       On w.ch said six and Twentyeth day of Aprill in the yeare aforesaid
       Cap.t Jonathan Sybrey Sheriffe of the County aforesaid made
       Returne of the writt aforesaid That on the seaventh day of March 1680
       hee hath sumoned the said Richard Pullen before M.r John Howell and M.r
       George Wardner according to the Teno.r of the said Writt

       Afterwards to witt the thirtyeth day of Aprill in the sixth yeare of the
       Dominion of the Right hono.ble Charles Lord Baltemore &c & Annoq Domini
       1681 Cometh aswell the said Lord Proprietary by Kenelme Cheseldyn his Attorney
       Gent as the aforesaid Richard Pullen in his proper person and the said Richard
       saith that hee hath nothing to say for him self but that the said pattent to him
       granted by the said Lopp the Lord Prop.ry for the aforesaid six hundred acres
       of Land Called Farley is by him surreptitiously obtained and ought to be
       vacated upon Record  Therefore Itt is Considered that the aforesaid Pattent
       for the aforesaid six hundred and and Fifty Acres of Land Called Farley
       by his said Lordspp to the said Richard Pullen granted as aforesaid  Bee
       Vacated Adnulled and made Voyd upon Record and for voyd and invallid be Ever
       had and esteemed & also that the Enrolment of the Record thereof bee
       Cancelled and for voyd and invallied ever had and esteemed

             ag.t        Comand was given to the Sheriffe of Talbot County that Whereas Francis
Ralph Elston       Anketill late of Calvert County gentl dec.d about Two and Twenty
       yeares since had surveyed for him by M.r W.m Coursey then Dep.ty Surveyo.r
       under Robert Clarke Esq.r a parcell of land in Talbot County for five
       hundred Acres Called Anketill and had a Pattent granted him
       under the greate seale of this Province  But in the Certificate
       of survey that is Entred upon Record on w.ch the said Pattent is grown due
