       noe rehearing bee granted in this Clause  And the s.d Defts by
       theire Attorney aforesaid prayed that time might bee given
       them to put in theire Exceptions to the Auditors Reports aforesaid
       whereupon Itt is ordered by this Court that the said Defts have
       time granted them untill Eight dayes before the next Court to
       Examine witnesses and file theire Exceptions to the Report afores.d
       provided that if the said Defendants shall not file theire
       Exceptions to the Report aforesaid by the time aforesaid, then the
       same Report to bee Confirmed  And it is further ordered by this
       Court that the said Defts pay unto the Comp.ts foure hundred
       and Eighty pounds of tobacco Costs for liberty of Excepting ag.t
       the Comp.lts account stated by the Auditors as aforesaid, and soe
       certified unto the Court as aforesaid

       Whereas heretofore that is to say in June Court in the yeare of
       our Lord One thousand six hundred seaventy and Eight John Quigley
       Marchant Comp.lt Did Exhibit his bill of Complaint ag.t Garret
       Vanswearingen defend.t Thereby setting forth That the Comp.lt about the
       fifth day of May 1677 Designeing a voyage for England & Ireland
       and the Defend.t being acquainted therewith and Keeping an ordinary
       desired the Comp.lt to bring him in seaverall Provisions from Ireland, &
       the Comp.lt seeing the Defend.t had greate Trade & beleiveing him to bee
       in a good Condicon and responsible Enough to pay the Comp.lt for the
       Provisions hee should being in and what Else the def.t really owed y.e Comp.lt
       by bond Und.r hand and seale The Comp.lt and Defend.t Came to an agrem.t
       about the same, and pursuant thereunto the Comp.lt gave bond to the deft
       of the penalty of forty three thousand one hundred pounds of Tobacco
       Condiconed that the Comp.lt should well and truely pay and Deliver to
       the said Deft his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes, Five hundred bushells of
