June 21, 1983 ORDER BY MAJORITY LEADER: RESOLVED, that the following Desk Officers be, and they are
hereby elected to serve during this Special Legislative Session
of 1983: Assistant Secretary of the Senate - Ann Rice Assistant Journal Clerk - William B. C. Addison, Jr. Reading Clerk - Frederick L. Kelly Chief Page - Mary Catherine Johnson Sergeant-at-Arms - Millard K. Daugherty Read and adopted. June 21, 1983 ORDER BY MAJORITY LEADER: ORDERED, That, the President shall appoint the employees
necessary for the proper transaction of the business of this
Special Legislative Session of 1983 as provided for in the
budget, this order to remain in effect until changed or modified
by the Senate. Read and adopted. June 21, 1983 ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE PRESIDENT The Secretary of the Senate is Oden Bowie, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 80 of the Rules of the Senate of Maryland. The Journal Clerk of the Senate is W. Gary Gray, pursuant to
