SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 76A - Public Information
4.
(a) In all cases in which a person has the right to inspect
any public records such person shall have the right to be
furnished copies, printouts, or photographs for a reasonable fee
to be set by the official custodian[.], EXCEPT THAT COPIES OF
JUDGMENTS MAY NOT BE PROVIDED UNTIL THE TIME FOR APPEAL HAS
EXPIRED OR, WHERE AN APPEAL HAS BEEN NOTED, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS
THE APPEAL HAS BEEN ADJUDICATED OR DISMISSED. Where fees for
certified copies or other copies, printouts, or photographs of
such record are specifically prescribed by law, such specific
fees shall apply.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

(House Bill 1332)
AN ACT concerning
Harford County - Sunday Blue Laws
FOR the purpose of allowing certain food stores and supermarkets
in Harford County to conduct business on Sunday regardless
of the number of persons that are employed to work in the
establishment on that day; and providing for a procedure for
employees to choose Sunday as a Sabbath day of rest;
providing for a certain notification to the employer; and
providing for a penalty; and generally relating to Sunday
blue laws in Harford County.
