Section 12-623(a)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Commercial Law
12-623.
(a) If an agreement on which the finance charge is computed
in advance so provides, the holder of the agreement may collect a
delinquency or collection charge of the lesser of [$5] $20 $10 or
5 percent of the amount of any payment in default, if the default
has continued for at least 10 days.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Employment - Wages - Agricultural Employees
FOR the purpose of requiring that certain employees engaged in
agriculture receive one and one-half times the usual hourly
