LAWS OF MARYLAND
Works, for the following public purposes, including any
applicable architects' and engineers' fees: to provide moneys for
the Industrial Land Fund established by § 446 of Article 41 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended from time to time, to
make loans to political subdivisions in accordance with the
Maryland Industrial Land Act, §§ 438 through 446 of Article 41 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended from time to time. (4) There is hereby levied and imposed an annual State tax
on all assessable property in the State in rate and amount
sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds as
and when due and until paid in full, such principal to be
discharged within fifteen years of the date of issue of the
bonds.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1983. Approved May 10, 1983.
CHAPTER 207 (House Bill 355) AN ACT concerning Kent County - Bailiff's Salary FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the bailiff of Kent
County; and generally relating to the salary of the bailiff
of Kent County. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 2-506(a)(15) Annotated Code of Maryland (1980 Replacement Volume and 1982 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings 2-506. (a) A bailiff shall receive the compensation provided in
this section. Unless otherwise provided, the amount is a per
diem sum for each day he attends the circuit court.
