(ii) A monthly compilation of expenditures
which were the basis for any fuel rate adjustment; and
(iii) An annual recapitulation of subparagraphs
(i) and (ii) of this paragraph.
81.
(c) No person shall be excused from giving testimony or
producing evidence before the Commission, upon proper order to do
so, upon the ground that such testimony or evidence may tend to
incriminate him or subject him to penalty or forfeiture; but no
person shall be prosecuted, punished or subjected to penalty or
forfeiture (except in case of [prejury] PERJURY committed by him
in giving evidence before the Commission) for or on account of
anything concerning which he gave evidence required by such
order. The immunity conferred by this subsection shall extend
only to natural persons and not to corporations.
91.
[(a)] Proceedings for review under § 90 of this article
shall be instituted in the circuit court in equity for any county
within which operations are carried on by the public service
company involved. If more than one proceeding to review an
order of the Commission is instituted, the court may, upon motion
of either party, transfer the proceeding to any other court
having jurisdiction. If a rehearing by the Commission is duly
applied for, proceedings for judicial review may be filed after
the service of the decision of the Commission denying the
hearing. The Commission may be a party to such appeal.
Article 78A - Public Works
7.
(a) (1) The Board of Public Works shall in like manner
supervise the expenditure of all sums appropriated for the
acquisition of land, buildings, equipment, new construction and
other capital expenditures, except in connection with State
roads, bridges and highways, whether made through the medium of a
budget bill, a supplementary appropriation bill or a State bond
issue bill, and all contracts for the expenditure of sums so
appropriated shall be subject to the approval of the Board before
they are executed, after review by the Secretary of General
Services.
[(ii)] (2) As of the date on which the new 500
bed replacement facility authorized jointly in [H.B. 651/S.B. 351
and H.B. 713/S.B. 337] CHAPTERS 693 AND 519 OF THE ACTS OF 1980
is open and accepting prisoners, the Board may not approve any
contract for the construction or renovation of any prison
facilities for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services in the Jessup area of Anne Arundel and Howard counties
that would provide for more than 3,400 beds in that area,
computed as follows:
