SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 56 - Licenses
223.
The following fees shall be charged by and paid to the
Commission by resident applicants.
(a) For each real estate broker's license a [biennial] fee
of [seventy dollars ($70.00)] $70 and for each biennial
registration of said license[,] thereafter, a fee of [seventy
dollars ($70.00)] $80.
(b) For taking any written examination in order to be a
real estate broker, a fee of [ten dollars ($10.00)] $10 and for
real estate salesman, a fee of [five dollars ($5.00)] $5. In
addition, applicants taking either examination shall be required
to pay directly to the testing service selected by the Commission
a fee covering the actual cost of giving the examination.

(c) For each license as an associate real estate broker
issued to a member of a partnership, association, or officer of a
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
