first be approved by the bingo board before a license may be
issued. Nothing in this section may be construed to permit the
conduct and operation of a game of bingo on Sunday. No person
under 18 years of age may be permitted to engage or participate
in any game of bingo operated and conducted under the provisions
of this section. The charge for admission to any premises in
order to engage or participate in a game of bingo may not exceed
the sum of $1. Games of bingo may not be conducted on more than
125 days in any year by any licensee hereunder. No games may be
conducted in any room or area where alcoholic beverages are sold
or served during the progress of the game. No license may be
issued to any applicant qualified under the provisions of this
section to conduct games of bingo outside the election district
in which its main office, headquarters, or usual meeting place is
situated. No game may be advertised as to its location, the time
when it is to be or has been conducted, or the prizes awarded or
to be awarded, by means of radio, television or sound systems, or
by means of billboards, posters or handbills (except as specified
hereinbelow in this subsection) or any other means addressed to
the general public except that one sign not exceeding [12] 36
square feet in area may be displayed on or adjacent to the
premises where the game will be conducted UNLESS OTHERWISE
PROHIBITED BY COUNTY OR MUNICIPAL LAW. Also, notice that a game
is to be held may be posted on a bulletin board or included on a
poster inside the premises of a hotel, motel, restaurant or store
that is located in the election district in which the game is to
be conducted, if done in accordance with general rules and
regulations promulgated under subsection (e).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Property Disposition in Annulment and Divorce Marital Property
FOR the purpose of including in the definition of "marital
property" certain pensions and retirement benefits and
certain military pension, retirement benefit, and retainer
pay, generally relating to marital property; requiring a
court to conform an order to certain requirements at the
request of a party; and permitting a court to reconsider
certain decisions.
