(c-1) (5) With the agreement of the Secretary, any State
agency may assign to the unit any monetary claim that the agency
may have, regardless of whether the claim is in tort, contract,
or admiralty, OR WHETHER THE CLAIM IS WITHIN ANY EXCEPTION SET
FORTH IN PARAGRAPH (4) OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages
FOR the purpose of altering certain provisions of law relating to
a Class (WT) (wine tasting) alcoholic beverages license in
Harford County to include beer tasting; altering a reference
to the board of license commissioners; and generally
relating to a Class (WBT) (wine and beer tasting) alcoholic
beverages license in Harford County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
34.
(b) (1) In Harford County, the board of license
commissioners LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD may approve the issuance of a
[(WT)] (WBT) license. The license is issued only to holders of
a (BWL) or a (BW) license.
