(9) [all] ALL employees of the State Roads Commission
taken into the merit system by executive order on or about
January 1, 1939, including among others the following: the chief
engineer, consulting engineers, workmen's compensation
administrators, workmen's compensation investigators and sign
permit inspectors;
(10) [the] THE chief supervisor of assessments and
all assistant State supervisors of assessments appointed after
June 1, 1957, by the State Tax Commission; and
(11) [health] HEALTH officers.
51.
(a) For purposes of this section the following terms shall
have the following indicated meanings:
(2) [Permanent part-time employment] "PERMANENT
PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT" means working
(i) On not less than two days per workweek; and
(ii) For not less than 50 percent or not more
than 80 percent of the normal workweek for the position.
Article 66B - Zoning and Planning
7.01.
(c) (6) If a person who receives a citation for a violation
fails to pay the fine by the date of payment set forth on the
citation and fails to file a notice of intention to stand trial,
a formal notice of the violation shall be sent to the [owners]
OWNERS' last known address. If the citation is not satisfied
within 15 days from the date of the notice, the person is liable
for an additional fine not to exceed twice the original fine.
If, after 35 days, the citation is not satisfied, the zoning
official may request adjudication of the case through the
District Court. The District Court shall schedule the case for
trial and summon the defendant to appear.
Article 67 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District
1-101.
(i) (1) "Sanitary District" means the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, as described in Chapter 805, Acts of the
General Assembly of [1982] 1981.

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of §§ [3-107
through 3-112,] 3-202 THROUGH 3-207, inclusive, and 7-101 of this
