(5) Class J (vanpool) vehicles while being driven in
a vanpool operation].
(e) A Class E driver's license authorizes the licensee to
drive motorcycles.
(f) Subject to the provisions of the Maryland Vehicle Law,
a Class A, B, C, or D licensee may:
(1) Drive any tow truck, as defined in and registered
in accordance with § 13-920 of this article, designed and used
only for towing vehicles; and
(2) Tow any vehicle with that tow truck.
(g) An individual may not drive or attempt to drive a motor
vehicle on any highway in this State unless the class of driver's
license issued under this title authorizes him to drive vehicles
of the class that he is driving or attempting to drive.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Truck Inspection Certificates
FOR the purpose of providing for the issuance of temporary
registration plates for certain vehicles; and providing that

the required inspection certificate for those vehicles; and
