BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 9-311(c)(2) and 13-311(c)(2)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Health Occupations
9-311.
(c) Except as otherwise provided in this title, before the
license expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an
additional term, if the licensee:
(2) Pays to the Board a renewal fee equivalent to an
annual fee of $25[;], EXCEPT THAT AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
ASSISTANT SHALL PAY A RENEWAL FEE EQUIVALENT TO AN ANNUAL FEE OF
$10; and
13-311.
(c) Before the license expires, the licensee periodically
may renew it for an additional 1-year term, if the licensee:
(2) Pays to the Board a renewal fee of $25[;], EXCEPT
THAT A PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT SHALL PAY A RENEWAL FEE OF
$10; and

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.
