In Part II of this subtitle, the term "nonretarded
developmentally disabled individual" means an individual whose
disability:
(1) Is attributable to cerebral palsy, epilepsy,
autism, dyslexia, or any other neurological malfunction or
disorder;
(2) Can be expected to continue indefinitely; and
(3) Is a substantial handicap to the ability of the
individual to function normally in society.]
7-403.
In addition to holding any other license required by law, a
person shall be licensed by the Administration before the person
may operate a private [facility] FACILITY WHICH SERVES 4 OR
MORE INDIVIDUALS AT ANY ONE TIME.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

Controlled Hazardous Substances and
Water Pollution Control - Enforcement
FOR the purpose of establishing certain standards to be used in
