AN ACT concerning
Department of Economic and Community Development - Consolidated
Publications Account
FOR the purpose of increasing the maximum amount of money that
may be maintained in the consolidated publications account
of the Department of Economic and Community Development to a
certain figure; and generally relating to the consolidated
publications account.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative
Departments
257E.
(j) The Department may establish a consolidated
publications account. Excess revenues remaining at the end of
the fiscal year, derived from publications of the Department or
any agency in the Department, may be placed in this account.
Expenditures from the account are restricted to cost of
producing, distributing, and promoting publications of the
Department and agencies within the Department, including the cost
of free publications. Unexpended moneys in the account at the end
of fiscal 1975 and any subsequent fiscal year shall not revert,
