The expenses of the accommodation, maintenance, and medical
care of the prisoner whose temporary removal has been authorized,
in accordance with this section, shall be paid by the prisoner or
his relatives or friends, or from any funds that are available,
shall be a charge upon the county, city, or town from which such
inmate was committed, and collectible by the officer in charge of
such institution, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by
Title 16 of Health - General Article. 735. (c) "Expungement[,"]", with respect to court records or
police records, means the effective removal of these records from
public inspection[,]: (1)  By obliteration; [or] (2)  By removal to a separate secure area to which the
public and other persons having no legitimate reason for being
there are denied access; or (3)   If effective access to a record can be obtained
only by reference to other records, by the expungement of the
other records, or the part of them providing the access. (f) [As used in this section, "crime] "CRIME of violence"
[is as defined] HAS THE MEANING STATED in § 643B(a) of this
article. 752. (c) If the challenge or any part of it is determined to be
valid, the central repository shall make the appropriate
correction on its records and shall notify any criminal justice
agency which has custody of the incomplete or inaccurate
information, or portion of [it] IT, of the correction, and the
agency shall take appropriate steps to correct its records. The
agency shall certify to the central repository that the
correction was made. Article 33 - Election Code 2-2. Before entering upon the duties of their office, members of
the board shall each take and subscribe to the oath prescribed in
Article [1, § 6] I, § 9 of the Constitution, which oath shall be
taken before and duly recorded by the clerk of the circuit court
for the county. Within twenty days after their appointments
become effective, the members of the board for each county and
for the City of Baltimore, respectively, shall organize as a
board by electing one of their members as president. They shall
each hold office until their successors are appointed and
qualified, unless sooner removed for good cause shown. The
