(8) Nurserymen;
(9) The following types of retail establishments:
(i) Drugstores whose principal business is the
sale of drugs and related items[.];
(ii) Delicatessens whose principal business is
the sale of delicatessen and related items[.];
(iii) Food stores[.];
(iv) Bakeries and bakeshops[.];
(v) Gasoline stations whose- principal business
is the sale of gasoline, oil, and other automobile maintenance
items[.];
(vi) Restaurants, grills, and snack bars[.];
(vii) Antique dealers and flea markets[.];
(viii) Dealers in boats and boating equipment,
and dealers in fishing equipment and supplies[.];
(ix) Realtors or businesses which sell or rent
real property[.];
(x) Hotels, motels, rooming houses or other
provisions of lodgings[.];
(xi) Journalism, newspapers, radio and
television broadcasting; and
(10) The sale and delivery by a retailer of any of
the following items:
(i) Drugs, patent drugs, and medicines;
(ii) Medical supplies;
(iii) Tobacco products;
(iv) Candy, sodas and soft drinks, ice cream,
ices and other confectionery;
(v) Hosiery;
(vi) Newspapers, magazines, stationery items,
greeting cards, and books;
