administrative leave for appearances before judicial and
administrative bodies on government business other than that of
the County; (10) requiring that the County pay the employer's
share of benefit costs for employees in a leave without pay status
due to job-related disability; (11) providing additional bases
upon which an employee may be placed in a leave without pay
status; (12) providing that an employee who receives a workmen's
compensation temporary award shall be entitled to reimbursement
of the employer's share of benefit costs incurred while on
approved leave without pay; (13) providing that part-time
employees shall be entitled to four (4) hours of personal leave
annually; (14) requiring that personal leave not be segmented;
and (15) making certain technical amendments.

AN ACT concerning
Amendment of Section 817B, Charter of
Prince George's County
FOR the purpose of proposing an amendment to Section 817B of
the County Charter to authorize an increase in the amount
collected on real property taxes from year to year by adding the
amount collected on new construction plus an amount not to exceed
four percent (4%) of the real property tax collected in the
previous year.
