AN ACT concerning
Employee Development and Incentives
FOR the purpose of transferring the grant of additional
annual leave for meritorious performance from the functions of
the Incentive Awards Committee to appointing authorities;
providing that the Budget Director shall determine whether an
employee suggestion will result in more efficient government
operation; and increasing the maximum amount of cash incentive
awards.
