FOR the purpose of prohibiting the issuance of a County
license for fortunetellers for a location in a municipality that
has an ordinance which forbids the practice of fortunetelling
within the municipality.

FOR the purpose of deleting the requirement that the
Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Prince George's General
Hospital be a voting member not actively engaged in providing
