ORDINANCE NO. 9-75 AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-7-1.4, title "Exemptions..''
Subsection 59-F-1.46, title "Political Campaign Signs," to
establish regulations consistent with requirements of the City of
Rockvilie and the City of Gaithersburg for political signs. Adopted June 8, 1982.
BILL NO. 44-79
AN ACT to anient Chapter 52, titled "Taxation" of the
Montgomery County Code. 1977 Replacement Volume, as amended, to
add a new Section 52-18B, titled "Moderate Income Multi-family
Rental Housing Facility, Real Property Tax Deferral" to provide
that apartment facilities having a certain percentage of
dwellings renting at or below fair market rents for existing
housing as established by the Department of Housing and Urban
Development under Sect:; on 8 of the United States Housing Act of
1937 shall be eligible for a deferral of real property taxes; and
to provide procedures for the administration of the deferral
program.
Effective Date January 22, 1981.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 2, title,
"Administration," of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended,
by repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 2-25, title,
"Functions of Office of the Chief Administrative Officer," to
amend the functions relating to employee relations by repealing
and reenacting with amendments Section 2-64I, title, "Generally,"
of Division 15, title Office of Personnel," to add functions
relating to employee relations; to provide for the termination of
these amendments upon certain conditions; and to provide for the
transfer of certain functions upon certain conditions.
Effective Date July 7, 1980
