"Offices, professional, nonresidential," for the purpose of
combining the requirements for different geographic areas into
one set of standards, modifying the provisions for the location
of off-street parking, increasing the green area requirement,
clarifying the landscaping and screening requirements and
establish that the requirements of Section 59-G-2.38 supersede
the requirements of Section 59-E-4.61.

applied.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-39
AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-D-3, title "Site Plan," to
strengthen the enforcement of approved site plans by clarifying
enforcement responsibilities between the Planning Board and the
Department of Environmental Protection, providing for a
performance bond to secure compliance with approved site plans,
allowing for revocation by the Planning Board of approved site
plans or approval of a plan of compliance, and providing for
invalidation of applicable building permits and use-and-occupancy
permits.

Multiple-Family," Section 59-C-2.42, title "Special Regulations
for Development including Moderately Priced Dwelling Units,"
Subsection 59-C-2.422, title "Coverage Limitations (percent of
area of lot)," for the purpose of adding a percentage of building
coverage to the R-10 Zone.
