FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations to permit the temporary placement of collection
trailers on shopping center parking lots, subject to a use
permit; defining terms; specifying the criteria which the Zoning
Commissioner must consider prior to granting a use permit for
such trailers; authorizing the Commissioner to impose conditions
upon the permit; and authorizing certain other action by the
Commissioner in certain cases.
