Zoning Regulations - Amenity Open Space
FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations to amend the definition of amenity open space and to
amend the minimum permitted amenity open space ratio in a C.T.
District in the business zones of the County.

AN ACT concerning
Budgetary and Fiscal Procedures - Issuance of Bonds
FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Charter by
providing that general obligation bonds issued by Baltimore
County may be authenticated by the manual signature of the
Director of Finance or an authorized deputy or deputies appointed
for such purpose; providing that the bond issue authorization
ordinance shall specify the aggregate amount of the proposed bond
issue or issues and the procedure for establishing the amount of
any one issue; providing that the bond issue authorization
ordinance shall specify the dates of the bonds or the procedure
for establishing such dates; providing that the bond issue
authorization ordinance shall specify the maturity dates of the
bonds or the procedure for establishing such dates; providing
that the bond issue authorization ordinance shall specify the
dates on which interest shall be paid or the procedure for
establishing such dates; making certain stylistic and technical
corrections and providing that this bill shall be submitted to
the voters of Baltimore County for their approval or rejection.
