AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 11-800 to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplement), Title 11, "Health and
Welfare", to be under the new Subtitle 8, "Well Drillers", to
follow immediately after Section 11-700 of Subtitle 7 thereof, to
require the payment of an inspection fee to accompany an
application for a permit, to build DRILL a well, and to provide
for matters generally related thereto.

beverage containers or consumption of alcoholic beverages on
public roads prohibited", to alter the penalty of imprisonment
from a maximum of six (6) months to a maximum of three (3)
months.
