AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
13-300.26 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions", to alter certain zoning regulations relating to the
use of barbed wire and electrified fences in certain zoning
districts of the County.

"Classified Service", and to enact new Section l-216(a) in lieu
thereof to stand in place of the Section repealed; to upgrade
certain salaries of certain employees; and to provide the
effective date of certain pay periods; and matters generally
related thereto.
