extend for a certain duration provisions of law creating and
providing for a solar energy tax credit for the use of solar
energy heating or cooling units in residential buildings or
structures; establishing certain additional limits on the amount
of a solar energy tax credit which may be granted; and matters
generally relating to solar energy tax credits.

to repeal Section 12-2424 of said Code, Title and Subtitle, and
to repeal Sections 12-2425 and 12-2426 of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, as amended by Bill 8-82, to adopt a new mechanical
code, to delete certain definitions, to change, delete, add and
update certain provisions of the new mechanical code referred to
above, and generally relating to the adoption of a new mechanical
code in Anne Arundel County.
