AN ACT to repeal Section III of the County Home Rule Bill
No. 14-81 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County
(1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement, as amended, being Article I of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland.) titled ALLEGANY
COUNTY, and subtitled "County Comptroller" in lieu thereof, to
stand in place of the sections repealed, AND
To repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section III and
enact a new Section IV of the Code Home Rule Bill No. 14-81 to
change the effective date of said act from March 30, 1983 to
September 30, 1982.
Effective September 17, 1982.
