WOODSBORO (Frederick County) Annexation Resolution Kirkpatrick Property [Section 29-2 of the Code of Public Laws of Frederick
County, (1959 Edition, Supplemented to December 1975) repealed
and reenacted, with amendments. Effective Date March 6, 1980]
RESOLUTION WHEREAS, UPON MOTION ONLY MADE, SECONDED AND UNANIMOUSLY
PASSED, the area of land known as "WOODSBORO VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT PROPERTY" which is more particularly described as
follows: [Section 29-2 of the Code of Public Laws of Frederick
County, (1959 Edition, Supplemented to December 1975) repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date August 26, 1982]
