RESOLUTION NO. 5-82
Resolution and Ordinance of the Town of University Park,
Maryland adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Sections 12 and 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland to repeal and reenact Article VII,
Section 701 "Clerk-Treasurer" to eliminate the requirement that
the Clerk-Treasurer reside continuously in the Town of University
Park.

Resolution and Ordinance of the Town of University Park,
Maryland adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Sections 12 and 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume) to amend
Article V, "Registration, Nomination and Elections", Section
506(c) by repealing and reenacting Section 506(c) to require any
person, desiring to run for the position of Mayor or membership
on the Common Council, to file a petition containing the name of
at least twenty (20) qualified voters at least twenty (20) days
prior to the election.
